"I think after his possession, XANA would have left William with an uncurable disease that isn’t helping him at all to integrate the real world again. His hands would shake often and he would always look very bad. This was only to convince him to join XANA again in Code Lyoko Evolution." (submitted by anonymous)

"I have a theory about Aelita’s nightmares with the wolfs. I suspect that the wolfs in her dream represent the scars and traumatizing events in her childhood. She lost her mother and that was really devastating to her and being on the run probably terrified her a lot. I also suspect that Franz Hopper also told her why the men and black were after them and that scared her as well. Aelita was too young at the time to make sense of it so her mind took those events as wolfs in her nightmares." (submitted by everchangingstories)

"Fluffy headcanon (I have a lot of these…) When Aelita was new to Kadic, she would often get scared at the smallest noise, especially at night. When she did get scared, she would go to either Jeremy’s or to Odd and Ulrich’s room and spend the night there. Jeremy was almost always asleep at his computer and the smell of Odd’s feet was nauseating, so she spent most of the time asleep in Ulrich’s bed. Although she fell asleep in their rooms, she would always wake up tucked in her own bed, Mister Puck in her arms." (submitted by nocturnaltracker)

“The reason Jeremie and Aelita needed Laura to help them with certain things involving the Supercomputer is because of how much damage Xana has done to them. Jeremie had been possessed several times, and both of them had suffered his electric shocks. Over time this did a lot of damage to them.” (submitted by lyokonative)

“Jeremy and Aelita are the exact same person but were split when Aelita was first sent to Lyoko and Jeremy was found by the Belpois and was adopted so all the “romance” between the two was an undefined attraction to be reunited. THAT’S WHY JEREMY “DOESN’T HAVE A LYOKO FORM”” (submitted by anonymous)

“In my imagination, at the end of the original series, Aelita started to clean up the Heritage so she could live there instead of her tiny dorm. The principal got suspicious since she’s an orphan, so Jeremie turned on the supercomputer one last time to create a clone of Franz Hopper to talk to Delmas. While aelita is living there, she goes into the basment and discovers a hole in the wall that formed over time. Inside there’s written plans to restore a deleted thing like in the episode Cruel Dilemma.” (submitted by anonymous)
